Mike Adams heads up a team of 20 scientists, technologists and researchers that offer a broad range of services to the global food and drink industry. Covering reformulation, value optimisation, microstructure analysis, applied research, physical characterisation, product innovation and more, the Product Innovation Team at Campden BRI has a broad remit. Mike has been with Campden BRI for 6 years, prior to which he worked across FMCG and retail in R&D and NPD roles
