Share your thoughts for a chance at a new iPad! [Survey]
Your food industry experience has shaped your perceptions of various food ingredient suppliers … and on behalf of a key industry company, you are invited to participate in a survey about what you and your peers think about key supplier brands.
Please take just a few minutes to complete the brand image survey by 31st March for a chance to win a new Apple iPad. Your responses will remain anonymous, as they won't be linked to your name and email address.

This survey is anonymous. The Company organizing the survey will know you completed it but will not be able to link any survey responses to you.
As a 'thank you' for your time and input, you can opt to be entered into a raffle for an Apple iPad with other survey respondents who supply their contact information.
You may also choose to complete the survey without sharing any contact details and forego participation in the raffle.
If you decide to enter the raffle, the following information about you will be collected:

- Company
- Job position
- Work email address
This information is needed in order to contact you should you win the raffle prize and to verify that your job position meets the survey eligibility criteria (i.e., industry/sector). This information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third parties.
