As Content & Digital Director for the food ingredients portfolio at Fi Global, Angelique develops content and digital strategies to position the Fi Global & Fi Europe brands as the preferred supplier of both in-person and online marketing services.
Julien Bonvallet - Brand Director, Fi Europe CONNECT
As Brand Director within the Fi Global Portfolio for Fi Europe, Hi Europe and Fi North America, Julien's overarching remit is to manage a group of brands and constituent products to meet the needs of our customer communities and markets.
Darko Jesic - Chief Operating Officer, Presans
Darko has a PhD in innovation management from the Paris-Dauphine University where he also gives lectures in Strategic Management. His field of expertise is managing Open Innovation strategies, R&D initiatives, collaborative tools that help companies to better satisfy the market needs through innovative products, processes and services.
Sandra Einerhand - Founder & Head, Einerhand Science & Innovation
Dr Einerhand runs a nutrition consultancy providing strategic and innovative solutions to infant formula, medical foods, and other food (ingredient) companies. She also is a partner of Nutrition Consultants Cooperative (NCC) and works on a freelance basis for Presans, a Paris-based service provider in high-end open innovation.
