September 16, 2021

The plant-based retail market in the US has seen astronomical growth, especially throughout 2020. Based on shifting consumer behaviours, attitudes, and awareness, plant-based foods accelerated in 2020 into 2021 and continue to drive meaningful growth not only for business, but also for health, the planet, and animal welfare. Annually, the Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA) evaluates the size and growth of the plant-based industry in the US.
