Applying learnings from top athlete diets to mainstream sports [On-demand webinar]

Video-Applying learnings from top athlete diets to mainstream sports [On-demand webinar]

Top athletes nowadays are aware that their daily nutrition is of importance for their sports performance. Diet and training programs need to be carefully tuned. Not all athletes are confident with this tuning, despite advice they get from coaches and dietitians. Watch this on-demand webinar to learn more.

Concerns exist about tuning the intake of carbohydrates, proteins and other nutrients across the day in relation to the planned exercise and its recovery. The available scientific knowledge is complex and consequently applying that knowledge into the daily diets is difficult. In contrast, the sports nutrition market is mainly composed of one-nutrient solutions, not facilitating a well-balanced choice. A science-based concept is presented that will improve the daily nutritional support of athletes.
