The Fi Europe Startup Innovation Challenge offers ingredient startups the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a jury of R&D experts, 
investors and major F&B industry company representatives.

All startups active for 5 years or less with innovative solutions for the F&B industry with innovations focusing on ground-breaking ingredients / additives that improve taste, texture, appearance, and/or nutritional value of food and beverages; and/or,
revolutionary technologies, services and/or AI solutions that support the F&B industry can apply.
