José Luis Cabañero, CEO & Co-Founder, Eatable Adventures

José Luis Cabañero is the CEO of Eatable Adventures. He founded Eatable Adventures in 2015, together with Mila Valcárcel and José de Isasa, with the aim of collaborating in the development of the food sector in its transition towards a more sustainable and efficient model. Eatable Adventures is currently the leading accelerator in the European and Latin American market. The company operates in more than 7 countries and develops collaboration models between the industry and the most promising startups generating innovation opportunities at high speed. Previously, José Luis developed his professional career in the innovation and new technologies sector in leading global companies in the high-tech sector; leading development units of new markets and emerging technologies in EMEA and Latam. José Luis holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Extremadura, he completed his technological preparation with business studies at Stanford and Berkeley Business School, and additionally, he was trained in the food sector at Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Reims Champagne-Ardennes.
