Koen Boone is coordinator Sustainable Value Chains at Wageningen University and Research. He is Director Europe of the Sustainability Consortium (). Koen has 20+ years of experience in developing sustainability assessment systems on all kind of levels (product, company, farm, sector). He is a member of many advisory committees on sustainability of food and chairs a Dutch multi-stakeholder group started by Dutch government to make environmental impact of all food transparent for consumers.
