Before joining Cargill, she acquired vast experience in multiple industries and worked in human nutrition, food quality, nutrition behavior, sensory and consumer science.
Gabriela Urquieta Vargas, EMEA Sensory & Consumer Scientist Indulgence, Cargill
Gabriela works within the Cargill EMEA Sensory and Consumer Science team as a Sensory & Consumer expert, supporting the Indulgence category. Her primary role involves supporting the development across the indulgence businesses, where she coordinates and supports projects to better understand our customers’ needs in the S&CI field. Gabriela has extended experience in the food industry and works already 12 years in the sensory & consumer science field.

Clémence Léotard works within the Cargill EMEA Sensory and Consumer Science team as Sensory Consumer Experience Designer for Indulgence.
