Startup Innovation Challenge Finalist Pitch: AmbrosiaBio [On-demand pitch]

AMBROSIA is converting high-calorie, obesity-promoting sugars into rare and practically no-calorie sugars.

November 29, 2021

Category finalist: Most Innovative Service or Technology Supporting F&B

proprietary, disruptive enzyme technology platform is designed to convert high-calorie, obesity-promoting sugars into both rare, practically no-calorie sugars, such as Allulose and into dietary fibers. A significant health benefit of these rare sugars’ close-to-nil caloric value is negligible on blood glucose levels and insulin spikes. Globally-expanding clinical research demonstrates that converting as little as 5–10% of high-calorie sugars into these rare sugars will significantly improve health.

WatchAMBROSIA's pitch from Fi Europe 2021, co-located with Hi Europe to learn more about how this startup is leveraging technology to convert high-calorie sugars into practically no-calorie sugars.
