Aintzane Esturo has extensive experience in various food industry fields such as quality assurance, authenticity, R&D, and value chain sustainability, developed at different companies and industrial associations located in Spain, Belgium and Germany. She has also worked as an independent expert for the European Commission and is member of various expert groups. Currently, she is Technical Director at the International Fruit & Vegetable Juice Association, a non-profit global organisation, with headquarters in France and members from all over the world.
