David has over 18 years of experience providing strategic solutions to companies, trade associations, and government bodies at national, regional, and international level, in Europe, Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa, and the USA. He has a law degree from the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain and a master’s degree in comparative law and European law from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands.
