Daniel Protz is the Founder & CEO of FlavorWiki, a digital company that is revolutionising the way the food industry collects, analyses and interacts with consumer, sales and R&D related data.  The FlavorWiki Platform combines advanced data and machine learning techniques with easy-to-use features that facilitate digital communication with consumers, colleagues and suppliers around the world.  The company counts major CPG and Ingredient Companies amongst its clients, and conducts research around the world in more than 14 languages.  Daniel started his career in computer driven commodity trading before moving into the eCommerce and digital industries.  He earned a BA in Political Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.  


Dr David Tsivion - VP R&D, DouxMatok

David Tsivion is the VP R&D at DouxMatok. David has a chemistry background, and completed his Ph.D. at the Weizmann institute of Science. During his Ph.D., David received several awards and accolades. After graduation, David managed development in an agrochemical R&D company, where he developed several green-chemistry based, environmentally friendly products. Three years ago, he started working in DouxMatok, where he leads the R&D activities, bringing Incredo sugar to the market, and developing the future technologies of the company.


Jasper Schouten - Co-Founder & CEO, 1-2-Taste

After a study in Food Science at Wageningen University Jasper started his professional career with Cargill Inc as a Management Trainee. At Cargill he learned about Operations, ERP systems and Finance. After 7 years Jasper decided to join IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances). First in Egypt as operations manager later China and finally as Commercial Director IFF Middle East. Since the beginning of 2020 Jasper is Co-founder and CEO of an exciting start-up that wants to catapult SMEs in innovation by offering Taste Ingredients online. 1-2-Taste is the world's first taste ingredients marketplace
